Life
Hello Everyone from the 70s! After I left Mid term 1974, I entered the USAF, trained for nuclear weapons research, met Rick Haywood walking down a side street in Texas, traveled the U.S. and across the great waters. Returning Home and not sure what I wanted, so I bought a back-pack and hitched my way throught out the mid-west, south, and into Mexico for the next 3 years. I developed a great love for the general down home person, heard great stories about family and dispare. How people with not more than ten bucks in their pocket would insist I take half before they would let me leave. I would always get their name and address, so I could someday return their kindness. I returned home and met Terri, a graduate of C.C. Whom I Married on Oct. 16th 1980. Now one day I am looking thru some old photographs of hers and there on her couch sets a man I somewhat knew from High Shcool and also had a brief incounter with on a side street in Texas, remember? d I have become great friends and along with 2 other classmates and his sisters son, get out on the golf course several times a season. On November 18th 2000 at 10:00 pm my Terri took her last breath and the over whemming happiness that she gave my life was replaced by constant emptiness, that lasted for 3 1/2 years. I with drew, stayed home bound, and dreaded company or family visits. Then after a Nephews Wedding reception an old friend (female) who I had not seen in years got my cell number from a family member called and we met at Coxes Pub. With her was a friend, her name--Tammy Sue and thru the next 4 months we ran into each other 2 times. The 3rd time was at Happy Hollow Park, I had my Granddaught Isabelle Rose and was swinging her when along came Tammy Sue and we have been together now for about 7 months, she has helped me come back, and although I deeply miss Terri, I look forward to seeing Tammy every chance I get. Again life is good. I still work in the construction field and do about 100 NBC Voice Dubbing commercials a year. Have you heard me??
